What is Loyalty Rewards?

You can join our loyalty rewards by signing up on our website. You can earn points and redeem them for vouchers, which you can apply at checkout to get instant discounts on your next order.

1. Create an account or sign in.

You can create an account on our website or by signing in with an existing Shop account.

2. Earn points.

Every time you purchase on our website you'll earn 3 points per £1 spent. You can also earn points in other ways, check out the Loyalty Rewards tab.

3. Redeem rewards.

You can redeem your points for vouchers in the loyalty rewards tab for discounts at checkout.



What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read our Return and Refund Terms for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders placed Mon - Thurs before 5pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Mon - Thurs after 5pm or Fri - Sun will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee depends on the products you have purchased for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please check you have received an order confirmation email after you placed your order. If the order was not confirmed, we have not received the order and a new order will need to be placed.

If you have received an order confirmation, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 14 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you have not received your order after 14 working days, please contact us at info@theknitnook.co.uk and we will help you as soon as we can.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping but it is something we are working on.
