What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read our Return and Refund Terms for more information.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders are usually despatched in 1-2 business days and you can select Standard or Express delivery at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee depends on the products you have purchased for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please check you have received an order confirmation email after you placed your order. If the order was not confirmed, we have not received the order and a new order will need to be placed.

If you have received an order confirmation, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 14 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you have not received your order after 14 working days, please contact us at enquires@theknitnook.co.uk and we will help you as soon as we can.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping but it is something we are working on.
