This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Orders placed Mon - Thurs before 5pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Mon - Thurs after 5pm or Fri - Sun will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
SHIPPING FEES
We will choose the best delivery company for the products you have purchased.
The shipping fee depends on the products you have purchased for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?
Deliveries can take 10–14 working days, and may take longer during busy periods of the year.
All UK orders are only classed as lost after 14 working days from the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us at info@theknitnook.co.uk with the following details:

Your parcel tracking number
Once we receive this information, we’ll investigate and resolve the missing order as quickly as possible.
If your parcel is marked as delivered, couriers can only provide us with limited information until you’ve confirmed the safe place or reported the parcel as missing. Once you’ve checked your delivery notifications and safe place, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
If you have instructed the courier to leave your parcel in a specific safe place (for example, a porch, shed, behind bins, or with a neighbour), TheKnitNook has fulfilled our delivery obligation once the parcel has been left in that location.
After the parcel has been delivered to the safe place you selected, any loss, theft, or damage that occurs is the customer’s responsibility, and a refund or replacement may not be available.
We always recommend choosing a secure safe place and checking your delivery notifications for photos or notes from the courier.
